• Adhere to all pre- and post-treatment preparation and safety instructions provided by our technicians.

3. Safety & Environmental Precautions

The safety of your family and pets is our highest priority. All treatments are applied in accordance with strict safety protocols. Clients must adhere to the specific "wait times" provided by our team before re-entering treated areas.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

We value your time and request at least 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. This courtesy allows us to manage our schedule efficiently and serve all clients promptly.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Apex Pest Control Services LLC operates in accordance with the regulatory standards of the State of New Jersey. By engaging our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following limitations:

• Pre-existing Damage: Apex Pest Control Services LLC shall not be held liable for any property damage, structural compromise, or health issues caused by pests prior to the commencement of our professional services.
• Client Responsibilities: We are not responsible for recurring infestations or service failures resulting from a client’s failure to implement recommended structural or sanitary improvements. This includes, but is not limited to, sealing entry points (cracks/crevices), repairing plumbing leaks, or maintaining specific hygiene standards as advised by our technicians.
• Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from services rendered at the registered service location (11 Jate Lane, Philipsburg, NJ 08865) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts.
